Advent calendar update: a little man in a rowboat with a Christmas tree in the bow. Very sweet.
Grumpy slump update: unchanged. But I have high hopes it will get better soon. At least things aren't any worse.
I did manage to buy some Christmas cards today (3 kinds!) and as soon as Lukas finishes his snooze on the couch, we're going to work on them. I have so many to send out, which is kind of daunting. But at the same time, it also means that I have lots of friends, which is definitely a happy thing.
Tomorrow I go for my first dentist visit in about 4 years. I deperately need my teeth cleaned, and I also have an ouchy tooth that might need some bonding or some such thing. It will be lots of moolah, since I have no insurance, but I'll just have to suck it up.
